When you place an order,we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on theavailability of your items. Time of transit varies depending on whereyou are located and where your package is coming from.     The Total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 1 to 3 working days. The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Standard shipping time takes approximately 6 to 10 working days.

    We will send you the track information and track website. You can check the shipping status in anytime you want to. We are available for customer communication at all times during and after your purchase to provide peace of mind and satisfaction of the product purchased.

  • Q: How to cancel an order? Before payment and After payment?


    If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later references. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this. If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates andcurrency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a newcart.


    If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contactus as soon as possible. If you are uncertain about something in yourorder and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order onhold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so youstill time to make changes. If the package has already been deliveredwe cannot cancel or change the order. If you want to cancel an orderbecause you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previousitems, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extrafees. If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able tochange and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

  • Q: What Is Ihe Return Policy?

    For Returns:

    Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned itemsmust never been used and in new condition. All returned packages mustbe insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returneditems are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    For Exchanges:

    We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with allaccessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days uponreceipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent outwithin 5-7 days once the return has been received.
